Wait — why can't I just bring mine?
The voltage math isn't a technicality, it's the difference between styled hair and a broken device.
- US devices are built for 120V. European outlets run 220–240V. A plug adapter changes the shape of the prongs; it does nothing to the current.
- Dyson doesn't make a dual-voltage Airwrap, and the company won't cover damage from using one on the wrong voltage, adapter or not.
- Renting the correct-voltage version isn't an upgrade, it's the only way your Airwrap works at all.
